HydroxyPOD – Terms & Conditions

1. Weekly Subscription Commitment

1.1 Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 6 months.
1.2 After the initial 6 months, subscriptions continue on a rolling basis unless cancelled in writing with 7 days’ notice.
1.3 The subscription entitles you to either:

One HydroxyPOD 60min or 90min session per week, or

Two HydroxyPOD 60min or 90min sessions per week, or

Three HydroxyPOD 60min or 90min sessions per week

1.4 Subscriptions can be set up for either 60-minute or 90-minute sessions.

If you subscribe to the 60-minute option, you may only pre-book 60-minute sessions.

You may request an upgrade to 90 minutes on the day if availability allows, with an additional fee of $30 per session payable on the day.

1.5 You can change your subscription with 7 days’ notice. Downgrade fees may apply within the first 6 months.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Standard Payment Options (Direct Debit)

Membership payments are processed weekly for a minimum term of 6 months.

You can choose one of the following direct debit options:

Direct debit from your bank account, or

Direct debit from your credit card.

Direct debit ensures your preferred time slot remains reserved and your membership continues without interruption.

2.2. Alternative Payment Option (Prepay 4 Weeks in Advance with Deposit)

For clients who prefer not to use direct debit, we offer a 4-weekly prepayment option.

A 4-week deposit is required at the start of the membership. This deposit is held until the end of the initial 6-month term and then applied to your final 4 weeks of sessions.

After the initial deposit, payments are made every 4 weeks in advance.

The 4-week deposit is non-refundable if the membership is cancelled early.

All other membership conditions, including cancellation and rescheduling policies, apply.

2.3 No refunds or credits are given for unused sessions.
2.4 Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

3. Pausing/Cancelling Your Subscription

3.1 Your membership is a 6-month commitment. If you choose to cancel before the end of the term, you agree to either:

> Pay the casual session rate ($135 for 60 mins / $195 for 90 mins) for all sessions already used, with any membership payments deducted from this total; OR

> Pay the balance owing on the remainder of your 6-month membership in full.

3.2 You may pause your subscription once every 6 months for a maximum of 2 week. 3.3 Pause requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the requested pause date.

3.4 If you are unwell or away but do not wish to pause the subscription, you may carry it forward to the following week (or the week after) by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
3.5 Any unused sessions outside of an approved pause period are forfeited.

3.6 Subscriptions are non-transferable and may only be used by the named subscriber.

4. Bookings & Attendance

4.1 You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

4.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will be counted as used. If a sudden illness or emergency occurs, the session may be rescheduled, with an additional 50% session fee (unless the spot is refilled).

5. Health & Safety

5.1 All clients must complete a health screening and consent form before beginning the first session.
5.2 You are responsible for notifying us of any changes in your health or medical condition.
5.3 HydroxyPOD sessions are not suitable for everyone. We may require medical clearance before you participate, particularly if you have:

Insulin-dependent diabetes

Seizure disorders

Ear, sinus, or respiratory conditions

Recent surgery or injuries
5.4 We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue sessions if we believe they may not be safe for you.

6. Results & Expectations

6.1 HydroxyPOD is a complementary therapy. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
6.2 Results vary by individual. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
6.3 The 12-week minimum is designed to support regularity and consistency, which are necessary to experience potential benefits such as improved energy, reduced inflammation, better recovery, and enhanced wellbeing.

7. General Conditions

7.1 Brilin Functional Medicine Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms with at least 30 days’ notice.
7.2 All services are provided under New Zealand law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
7.3 By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
